As  a patient of Central Coast Housecalls you will enjoy personalized  service not typically available in most medical practices. You will  speak directly to Dr. Bresler, not an assistant, and your phone calls  will be returned quickly. All the services available in a medical office  are available including blood tests, X-rays (obtained at local  facilities), electrocardiograms done in the home.  An electronic medical record is maintained for each patient for easy  transfer to other providers if needed. Prescriptions are sent directly  to the pharmacy of your choice. Dr. Bresler performs joint injections if  needed, and can treat minor skin lesions in your residence.
 

Insurance Billing
 

Unlike "concierge" practices there are no high annual fees. Insurance  billing is provided for Medicare patients, and most patients with  Medicare and supplemental coverage will not have any out of pocket  costs. In general patients on "Medicare Advantage" HMO plans cannot be  accepted. Relatively low  Medicare copays will apply to those with no supplemental insurance.
